Zurich or Bust

It's hard to believe I'm writing this in our apartment in ZURICH!  Hubby Greg and I have exchanged Florida heat and humidity for the cool, light sweater weather of Zurich.

Last November, Greg realized he didn't want to go cold turkey on the retirement thing. He started talking with Nick, a professor at ETH (a world renowned technical university in Zurich) about working with him on some pure research with the goal of publishing and maybe consulting.

I didn't pay much attention. Through our 33 years of marriage, there have been multiple suggestions that we would move to some foreign land (more foreign than New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia or Florida, that is). But this time it turned into the real deal and here we are.
